Mr. Marek Gola – Deputy Chairman of the Board of Supervisors

He has university education as a doctor of Earth Sciences at the Faculty of Geology of University of Warsaw; he has also completed the Postsecondary School of Medical Rescue in Słupsk. He is an academic employee of the Faculty of Geology of University of Warsaw and an employee of the Emergency Ambulance Service in Warsaw.

Ms. Agnieszka Maria Bujnowska – Secretary of the Board of Supervisors

She has university education as a graduate of Faculty of Management of Łódź University, specialization: accounting, financial analysis of companies. Moreover, she has passed the exam for members of supervisory boards in State Treasury companies and obtained the Diploma of the Minister of the State Treasury no. 2262/2007.

Mr. Andrzej Zakrzewski – Member of the Board of Supervisors

He has university education as a graduate of Military University of Technology in Warsaw, Faculty of Mechanics – Mechanics and Construction of Machines, specialization: equipment and application of fuels and oils. Among other things, he has worked as a technologist, manager of working group, inspector of investment supervision and director of production. At present, he works as a Regional Sales Representative at the company Interoil M.K.A. Skorupa Sieradz.

Mr. Hubert Bojdo – Member of the Supervisory Board

He graduated from Warsaw School of Economics in the field of finance and banking. He also graduated doctoral studies there in the field of international relations. At present he is a deputy chairman of Rubicon Partners Brokerage House (Rubicon Partners Dom Maklerski S.A.) and chairman of the supervisory boards of Invar&Office System (Invar&Biuro System S.A.) and IQ Partners (IQ Partners S.A.). He has a seat in supervisory boars of NFI Victoria (NFI Victoria S.A.) and Voxel (Voxel S.A.). He is a member of National Chamber of Tax Advisors and a member of Audit Committee at the Foundation for Polish Export Development.
