In relation to the Current report No 70/2010 of 26th August 2010 the Management Board of Mirbud S.A. with its registered seat in Skierniewice pursuant to § 34 section 1 item 1 of the Resolution by the Ministry of Finance of 19th February 2009 on current and periodical information submitted by issuers of securities and conditions of deeming equivalent the information required by law regulations of a country not being a member state, informs the public that in accordance with the Announcement by Operation Department of the National Depository for Securities of 2nd September 2010 the registration of 10.000.000 ordinary bearer shares series H in the National Depository for Securities shall take place on 3rd September 2010.
